British metal exchange has won the right to challenge a result it lost to Rusal
The London Metal Exchange (LME) has been granted by the
Court of Appeals the right to challenge a ruling from the
British High Court which blocked LME’s proposed
warehouse reforms, writes Joe Parsons.
In a document seen by FOW, the right to appeal was granted
by Lord Justice Jackson, in which he stated: "In my view the
grounds of appeal have a real prospect for success."
