The Singapore exchange has seen commodity volumes increasing over the early part of 2014
The Singapore Exchange (SGX) is adding nine new commodity
derivatives contracts following another strong month of trading
in the segment, writes Jonathan Watkins.
The Asian exchange will introduce options on futures for
Iron Ore and Freight in June and plans Coking Coal derivatives
based on export and import price indices in July.
SGX will also launch new thermal coal contracts in July.
