ISE hopes to resurrect its long-standing claim against CBOE over patent infringement
The International Securities Exchange (ISE) has filed a
petition with the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
(CFAC) to reopen its case against the Chicago Board Options
Exchange (CBOE), writes Joe Parsons.
ISE, the US options exchange and subsidiary of German Eurex
exchange, filed the petition on April 17 in a bid to renew its
case, despite rulings from a number of US courts in favour of
the Chicago bourse.
