The Merc faces accusations of having sold price data to high-speed traders over other clients

exchange operator was accused by three traders of selling
price-data to high frequency trading (HFT) firms before other

group violated US trading rules by charging HFT firms the
ability to see price data and unexecuted order information
before anyone else in the financial world from January 2007 to
April 2014, according to a complaint filed to the Illinois
District Court on April 11.
