Former customers of MF Global will receive a distribution of
$6.7bn they are owed, almost three years after the futures
merchant filed a historic bankruptcy, writes Joe
Distributions will go to over 26,000 former securities and
commodities futures customers, commencing April 4 and
continuing for several weeks, according to James Giddens, US
bankruptcy trustee for the liquidation of MF Global.
"It gives me great please to say that cheques are going in
the mail that will make all public customers of MF Global 100
percent whole," said Giddens.
