uncompetitive practices in the aluminium markets by the London
Metal Exchange and affiliates of Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan
has allowed three separate law suits to be brought against the
companies, a law firm confirmed, writes Joe
A law firm confirmed to FOW that US District Judge Katherine
Forrest will allow direct purchaser plaintiffs, commercial
end-user and consumer end-user plaintiffs to file separate
lawsuits, while also giving the defendants the right to object
to those filings.
