The US options regulator has hired the former CFTC lawyer to cover brokers, exchanges and clearers
The Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) has appointed regulatory expert Stephen
Luparello as director of its division of trading and markets,
writes Jonathan Watkins.
In the role, Luparello will head
the division which regulates market participants including
broker-dealers, derivatives exchanges and clearing houses.
