ICE's ADV fell in September compared with the same period last year even as total volumes rose
Intercontinental exchange’s average daily
futures volumes fell in September, compared with the same
period last year, even as total volumes rose, the exchange said
ICE's September average daily volume (ADV) was 3.22 million
contracts, a decrease of 3% compared with September 2012.
Total volume for the month increased 2% compared with last
Third quarter 2013 average daily volume was 3.06 million
contracts, slightly below the 3.09 million contracts recorded
in the third quarter of 2012.
