The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has
signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a group of
large global banks to collect and manage client entity
The group of banks includes Barclays,
Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, who will
jointly develop a comprehensive service to collect and manage
client entity reference data necessary to meet the regulatory
requirements of Dodd-Frank and EMIR.
