OCC appoints former CME Group CEO Craig Donohue as its executive chairman
The Options Clearing Coorporation (OCC) has appointed former
CME Group CEO Craig Donohue as its executive chairman,
succeeding Wayne Luthringshausen who will retire at the end of
The OCC has split the roles of chairman and CEO, both of
which are currently held by Luthringshausen – with
Donohue set to operate alongside new chief executive, Mike
FOWi reported in August that Donohue was believed to be in
talks with the OCC about the executive chairman role which
Luthringshausen has held since 1977.
