Esma pushes back rules requiring swaps trades to be reported
Securities and Markets Authority (Esma) has pushed back rules
requiring swaps trades to be reported as Europe continues to
wait for OTC derivatives reforms to take hold.
Esma, a combination of factors including issues faced by trade
repository (TR) applicants in ensuring the completeness of
their applications led to the delay.
