Two senior US Securities and Exchange Commission staff — Daniel Gallagher and Frederic Firestone — have left to join private law firms.
Gallagher, a deputy director in the
SEC’s division of trading and markets, has
returned to private practice as a partner in the Washington, DC
office of law firm WilmerHale.
