The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has asked market
participants for feedback on the application by the North
American Derivatives Exchange to amend the orders designating
the exchange, formerly known as HedgeStreet, a designated
contract market (DCM) and US derivatives clearing organisation
Nadex is seeking two amendments so that futures commission
merchants can trade and clear orders on it.
