TT scores one more strike against E-Speed
E-Speed has once again lost out to Trading Technologies (TT) in
the latest instalment of the ongoing patent case saga involving
the software providers.
E-Speed had accused TT of engaging in inequitable conduct
before the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO), but the judge
reviewing the case sided with TT and denied the motion.
Inequitable conduct is a part of US patent law whereby the
patent applicant does not fully disclose all of the necessary
information to the patent office.
