TT and E-Speed battle over “inequitable conduct”
Trading Technologies (TT) and E-Speed are continuing their
long-running legal battle over the formers patents, now

US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Judge James Moran, who has presided over the TT cases so far,
will render a judgment sometime this summer.
