simultaneously settled charges under the Commodity Exchange Act
(CEA) against a New York trader who falsified Globex trades in
According to CFTC, Pak Tong Lui controlled and traded at
least 27 different customer accounts and knowingly prearranged
trades on behalf of several accounts in E-mini Russell 2000
futures contracts traded on Chicago Mercantile Exchange's
Globex trading platform.
