CQG and Trading Technologies (TT) continue to do battle over
their ongoing patent infringement case, as the support of the
judge for CQG's position is called into question.
CQG contends that Judge James Moran, who is presiding over
the multiple TT infringement cases, supported its position
against TT's MD Trader software patents. CQG claims the judge
found that CQG's DOM dynamic price ladder component does not
violate TT's patent.
