Independent software vendor Trading Technologies (TT) is
planning to launch its long awaited public offering in the next
few months, according to several senior market sources.
TT's strong reputation in the market is likely to appeal to
equity investors, however, buyers may be put off by uncertainty
arising from litigation that the company is involved in,
particularly action launched against E-Speed.
"I don't know if waiting for the court cases to end
necessarily makes sense," said the head of futures trading at
