Exchange launches MidPoint Match, first stock exchange product
International Securities Exchange (ISE) announced last week
the formation of a new parent company. To be known as
International Securities Exchange Holdings, the exchange said
it hoped the new entity would allow it more flexibility to fold
in other companies under its corporate umbrella.
"This gives us the opportunity to acquire or create new
businesses and manage them in some cases with equity partners
