Association (FOA) heads highlighted the fallout of Commodity
Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)'s discussion about what
constitutes a non-US exchange as one of the key issues
affecting the industry ahead of this week's derivatives show in
FOA chief executive Anthony Belchambers and chairman Roy
Leighton were discussing CFTC's announcement that it would be
holding a public hearing to discover what constitutes a non-US
exchange (see FO Week Vol 11 No 22).
