Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) has announced that it is
to launch an incentive program for members and lessees who
trade Eurodollar options on the exchange's Globex electronic
trading platform, in an attempt to make options follow futures
by shifting volume from trading pits to the screen.
CME chief executive officer Craig Donohue said that
technology enhancements the exchange has integrated into Globex
since last August had made it easier for customers to execute
electronically the complex strategies required in options
