Parts of India's commodity futures markets are roiling over
an announcement made by National Commodity and Derivative
Exchange (NCDEX) on 19 January to change the contract terms
mid-way before settlement. The exchange was then forced to
withdraw its decision by the markets regulator, Forward Markets
Commission (FMC) just hours later.
