Trading software firm TradeMaven and futures broker E-Local
announced a merger last week.
The merged entity will be called TradeMaven Group and will
combine TradeMaven's software for online trading with E-Local's
retail and institutional execution and brokerage services. The
new firm were to be managed by Jeremy Short, Peter Nannis,
Jeffrey Ganis and Douglas Zalesky.
