Documents filed at New York's Southern District Court
finally concluded the court case brought by McGraw Hill against
Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) at the end of last month.
However, details of the settlement were not filed with the
court so it was unclear whether CME had retained
the right to exclusive construction of McGraw Hill-owned
Standard and Poor's (S&P) based products.
