Chicago Board of Trade (CBoT) launched its upgraded E-CBoT
electronic trading platform on 11 October (see FO Week
Vol 10 No 35).
The upgrade, which was the first major enhancement rollout
since E-CBoT was launched at the exchange in 2004, extends the
system's operation by one hour to 22-hours per day and added a
number of new functions. These included stop orders at the
host, order book management and greater spreading
