At a ceremony last week, Reuben Jeffery was sworn in as a
commissioner and the tenth chairman of Commodity Futures
Trading Commission (CFTC). Meanwhile, Walt Lukken was presented
with an oath of office, confirming his second term as a CFTC
commissioner. Jeffrey and Lukken were both nominated for
their positions by President Bush in July (see FO Week
Vol 10 No 27), with terms ending April 2007 and 2010
