RTS, Ffastfill settle as ASP deal signed
In filings with Northern Illinois District Court (NIDC) and
Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, Chicago-based broker
Rosenthal Collins Group (RCG) has brought cases against Trading
Technologies (TT) describing the ISV as anticompetitive and
monopolistic in its patent infringement battle.
In the NIDC filing, RCG claimed that on 20 June it had been
contacted by TT's intellectual property lawyer, Steve Borsand,
saying that the proprietary RCG Onyx software system violated
