The UK's Financial Services Authority (FSA) has fined
Citigroup a total of £15m relating to trading activity in
European government bond and bond derivative markets on 2
The fine comprises £4m for breaches of FSA principles
two and three, which relate to business conduct, and
£9.96m in profits Citigroup generated by the trade that
must be returned.
