Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) and Eurex have scotched
claims in a report published by Bank for International
Settlements (BIS) that exchanges are being outpaced by the
growth in the OTC market.
The responses come in the light of market opinion suggesting
the report was misleading by being based solely on notional
values rather than volumes.
