Dow Jones Indexes was granted an extension of a temporary
restraining order (TRO) against International Securities
Exchange (ISE) and Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) by a
Federal District Court in New York on 27 May.
Dow Jones sought the restraining order to prevent ISE from
listing and trading options on DIAMONDS, a unit investment
trust that holds equity securities comprising the Dow Jones
Industrial Average. The restraining order also prevents OCC
from clearing such ISE options.
