Revenues up but little revealed
International Petroleum Exchange (IPE) parent company
Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) has announced plans to conduct
an IPO at the same time as reporting its financial results for
An exchange statement claims a registration document for the
IPO will be filed with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
in the next several weeks. Although a filing has not yet been
made, ICE cited SEC guidelines as its reason for being unable
to comment on the IPO or the results.
