Internet based derivatives exchange HedgeStreet has notified
Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) of a fee waiver
programme for customers signing up to trade on the exchange for
the first time. In a letter to CFTC, HedgeStreet said it will
offer free trading to customers who initially fund an account
between 31 January and 31 March.
