Despite a number of recent glitches, Chicago Board Options
Exchange (CBOE) said it remains upbeat about its on-going
programme of technology enhancements.
CBOE vice chairman Edward Tilly acknowledged that the
transition to the Hybrid trading system has not been without
difficulties. CBOE has had to add capacity as more options
classes were put on the system, and the exchange has been
separately battling a variety of technical glitches over the
past week it says are not related to Hybrid.
