International Securities Exchange (ISE) last week announced
a licensing agreement with FTSE Group to list options on four
The deal continues ISE's push into options on equity
indices, which began last year. Pending Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC) approval, ISE said it will list
options on the Mini FTSE 100, Micro FTSE 100, Mini FTSE 250 and
Micro FTSE 250. ISE already lists several indices including the
S&P Small Cap 600 which was launched in October 2003 and
the S&P Midcap 400 Index launched in May this year. ISE
also launched the Morgan Stanley Technology Index in April and
plans are in place to launch two Nasdaq index options as well
as Russell indices early next year, also pending SEC
