CFTC chairman Jim Newsome has already acknowledged that the
reauthorisation of the US futures regulator, slated for next
year, will not be a walk in the park. But with SEC apparently
flexing its muscles more in the derivatives sphere, it could
prove even more difficult than anticipated.
