UK regulator Financial Services Authority (FSA) has banned
Colin Gamwells, the former dealing director from former London
Metal Exchange broker Brandeis, and three former traders, for
deliberately mispricing customer orders and deliberately
misusing confidential information regarding customer orders.
The action relates to dealings during 1996 and 1997 on behalf
of Canadian scrap tycoon Herbie Black and his associated
