switched off the "in/out feature" on e-CBoT on 9 January for
30-year bond futures and did the same on 10-year, 5-year and
2-year notes on 14 January following a review of how many
automated cancel/replace order messages per second users can
A memo from CBoT to members stated that "This action is
being taken to provide the marketplace additional time to adapt
their front ends and trading models to the new dynamically
distributed price and market data streams."
