Global fund managers investing in India's equity markets
have helped boost volumes in the country's single stock futures
(SSF) markets to record highs.
While foreign institutional investors (FIIs) currently
constitute just 2% of the equity market, at least 60% of their
business is via SSFs, one futures head at a major Indian bank
told FO Week.
