International Petroleum Exchange (IPE) has given members
three weeks notice of the long anticipated introduction of
side-by-side trading of brent crude futures.
The notice comes two weeks after the exchange released
details of its electronic membership structure.
Brent crude futures will be traded on both open outcry and
electronically from Monday, 6 October. The contracts will be
traded via the IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) platform,
