UK markets regulator Financial Services Authority (FSA) is
tightening its control over the London Metal Exchange (LME),
according to one industry source, following the exchange's
publication of guidance notes to members on the exchange's
trading requirements. Despite the guidance notes, LME can
expect further pressure from the regulator to change its ways,
said the source.
