Rolfe & Nolan (R&N) is planning to run a trade
processing forum for the benefit of the futures and options
industry as a whole to provide an avenue through which issues
of common interest can be discussed.
The firm intends to invite participation from a range of
industry representatives, including firms, customers, exchanges
and clearing houses, covering Europe and the US. While it
expects there will be some overlap with other industry groups,
R&N hopes to provide a forum for wider discussion. "A lot
of clearing committees [within industry organisations] don't
have back office vendor representatives, for example," said
Colin Wade, European sales director at R&N.
