congratulate Bill Brodsky on the gusto with which he has fired
the first shots in what promises to be a long and interesting
battle. Certainly the language of his letter to SEC makes for
more interesting reading than the average regulatory filing,
with choice morsels such as this: "All this makes our head
spin, and suggests to us that this proposal, in its present
form, is not close to being in shape to be published for
comment, much less approved."
