Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) is exploring futures
contracts to trade on its new futures exchange, a possibility

CBOE Futures Exchange, which will expand CBOE's tradional

Commission CFTC approval for the exchange, but anticipates it
will be granted this year.
