Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEx) will temporarily
restrict certain combination spread orders, having found a
software bug in its HKATS electronic trading system.
The exchange said a bug in the OM supplied and maintained
software affected predefined futures calendar spreads involving
three or more months and in exceptional circumstances could
lead to an infinite loop in the transaction processes.
