Kevin Parker and David
Rose, both formerly at Fortis, have joined ADM

New York Mercantile Exchange (Nymex) has promoted
Patrick Conti to vice president of facilities;
Barry Loyal to vice president of human
resources; Nancy Minett to vice president of
compliance; Brian Regan to vice president and
counsel; and Robin Zablow to vice president of
corporate governance. Conti, who was director of facilities,
has overseen all facilities projects from initial planning
through on-site construction and project completion since he
joined the exchange in 1994. He was also extensively involved
in Nymex's relocation project during 1996 and 1997 and the
recent construction of its back-up trading facility. Loyal was
hired as associate general counsel in January 1999, after
working for the exchange as a consultant. Minett joined the
exchange as associate compliance counsel upon its merger with
Commodity Exchange (Comex) in 1994. Regan joined the exchange
in 1996 as an associate general counsel in the exchange's
office of general counsel and was later promoted to senior
associate general counsel. Zablow joined the exchange in 1999
as associate general counsel in the legal department. She was
appointed to the position of director of the office of
corporate governance in September prior to being promoted to
vice president of corporate governance.
